SteelFusion Clinical Toxicology Laboratory, LLC was established in 2014 by Amy J. Reisinger as an independently owned and operated toxicology laboratory specializing in clinical and forensic toxicology services. SteelFusion is a team of highly trained professionals with a combined experience of 75+ years in the laboratory setting and is continuing to grow and expand its operation and technical capabilities. To accommodate this growth and better serve our customers, the laboratory has relocated from Greensburg, Pennsylvania to a larger, more modern, specially designed 7,200 square foot facility located in Monessen, Pennsylvania.
SteelFusion Clinical Toxicology Laboratory, LLC was founded on the ideal of providing the highest quality analytical results and unmatched customer service to our clients. To achieve this mission, we affirm the values of integrity, leadership, innovation, performance, teamwork, including but not limited to, physicians, coroners, medical examiners, and respect to our customers. All personnel are to take an active role in establishing, implementing and maintaining our quality management program. We do not separate quality from our daily business. Quality cannot be something that we do only to pass audits and inspections. Quality is involved in every facet of the decision-making process in the management of our team and the science that we practice.
SteelFusion prepares, processes, analyzes, confirms and reports, and conducts research and performs clinical and forensic testing on drug concentrations in oral fluid and urine [e.g., Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Pilot Study and post-mortem cases]. The laboratory’s testing capabilities include assay and analytical methods/development such as Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Liquid-Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
